Custom email addresses

Your AcuPerfect Website comes with email accounts – contact us if you need us to set up an email address for you. Once it’s set up, use the steps below to use it.

Accessing your email from the web:
You can easily access your email from any computer connected to the internet.

1. Log in to your webmail portal by clicking the Webmail button at the bottom of your website.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Use one of the three available webmail clients to read and compose email (we recommend RoundCube).

Setup your email for Outlook, Apple Mail, or other program:
You can access the settings necessary to setup your email in Mircrosoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, on your iPhone or other smartphone by following the steps below.

1. Log in to your webmail portal as described above.
2. Click on “Configure Mail Client”.
3. Use either the auto-configure options or the manual settings to set up your preferred program.

Setup forwarding to an existing email address:
You can have emails sent to your custom address forward to an existing email account (such as Yahoo mail or Gmail).

1. Log in to your webmail portal as described above.
2. Click on “Forwarding Options”.
3. Click “Add Forwarder”.
4. Enter the email address you would like messages forwarded to, then click “Add Forwarder”.
